本工程采用全热交换式新风换气机（即全热交换器），它在进行新风换气的同时能回收室内排风的温度和湿度所包含的能量，排气与给气通过全热交换器时热量交换，达到节能目的，可有效降低新风负荷，提高空调系统运行效率。
各功能部分入口均设有无障碍坡道，坡道的坡度为1：12，坡道净宽大于1.2米，坡道两侧设0.85米高的扶手。建筑内部走道宽度均不小于1.8米，满足轮椅通行。建筑的公共区域均设有无障碍厕所，其位置、门扇、洁具等符合行动不便人士的使用要求，各种配件的设置体现对每个人的关怀。
